Prior to the June Shannon-Mark McDaniel scandal, TLC had filmed an entire fifth season of the reality show that made Shannon and her family famous.
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo was canceled in light of the shocking revelations about Shannon’s love life, so fans may never get to see more antics from the hillbilly family with funny nicknames.
Even worse, the Uncle Poodle Wedding Special will never see the light of day.
Yes, the world learned today that Poodle married his longtime boyfriend Alan Stevenson and the wedding was filmed for what would have been the HCHBB season five finale.

Sources say the ceremony took place in Marietta, Georgia on October 16, just one week before the show was officially scrapped by TLC.
The vows were not legally binding, as same-sex marriages are not permitted in the state of Georgia, and it’s not known if Poodle and Alan have since made their union official elsewhere.
The couple is reportedly alright with the fact that the ceremony will never make it to air, as they were less than pleased with the way things played out:
"It was not what they wanted and didn’t represent who they are," says one source. "It was thrown together last minute by TLC. There were only four days to prepare."
Poodle and Alan are rumored to be planning a second reception that better reflects their tastes.
Sadly, Honey Boo and her sisters will not be in attendance, as Mama June has banned Poodle from seeing her children.
