Raine is best known as the daughter of former model Kristi Gibson and rocker Bret Michaels, who gained fame as the frontman for the band Poison, which became super popular in the mid-1980s. She started modeling at age 16 but stopped for a while after she was told she needed to lose weight. She was signed with an agency in New York in Jan. 2019, and became a finalist in the ‘Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’ issue model-search contest. Although she didn’t win, she got to model for various photos in the magazine and gained national exposure from it.
She studied journalism at Belmont University and has learned a lot from her dad due to him being in the spotlight all her life. In an interview with ‘New York Post’ in 2019, she also admitted to being inspired to model by model Kate Upton, who she first saw in ‘Sports Illustrated’ in 2013.
